Hardware-in-the-Loop testing
Either a real-time machine or a PCI-E interface card can be used for hardware communication with the equipment under test. The Simulink model runs in real time and provides a complete simulation of the physical equipment for the equipment under test.
This approach can be used both for testing physical objects and for the rapid development of new control algorithms. The control algorithm developed in Simulink is loaded into a real-time machine and can be immediately tested together with the executive equipment. This eliminates the stages of low-level programming (usually C-coding) of the algorithm for the target platform and the development of the hardware. This significantly reduces the time to develop a new product and the time to market it.

Digital Twin Development
The concept of "digital twin" corresponds to the European direction of development of industrial technologies "Industry 4.0". Engineer who knows the physics of all processes is able to create a comprehensive model of a digital twin. And our experience, using Matlab as a tool, allows us to do this.
The main purpose of the “digital twin” is to determine the deviation of the parameters of a physical object from the norm by comparing the parameters of its physical part with the calculated ones obtained from the reference model of the “digital twin”. This allows you to identify a malfunction long before a critical event occurs, as well as predict the timing of the removal of equipment for repair.

Simulating/Testing physical devices in Real-Time Mode
The Simulink model runs in real time and provides a complete simulation of the physical equipment for the EUT. Either a real-time machine or a PCI-E interface card can be used for hardware communication with the equipment under test.
This approach can be used to test physical devices, to develop control algorithms in boundary and emergency modes.
Our expertise
The team's experience with Real-Time products is since 2017. Our engineers have multiphysics knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering, power converter technology, electronics, control systems, mechanics, thermal and other processes. We work closely with industry, we understand production processes. All this allows us to take a comprehensive approach to solving the problem and find the optimal solution.
